Troubleshooting
LucidRead isn't working on a page
Some pages (like Chrome's internal pages, the Web Store, or pages with strict security policies) block extensions. Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, email support with the page URL.
Settings aren't saving
Make sure you haven't disabled Chrome's storage permissions for the extension. Go to chrome://extensions, find LucidRead, and verify it's enabled with all permissions granted.
Text-to-Speech has no sound
Check that your system volume is on and that the correct audio output device is selected. Also verify that a voice is selected in LucidRead's TTS settings. Some voices may need to be downloaded from your operating system's language settings.
